Last year NASA and Lokheed Martin announced that they are currently working on a plane that could fly from New York to LA in 2.5 hours. Another supersonic airliner proposal has surfaced that could fly 75 people from New York to London in 30 minutes. The app, Stratajet, is being called the Uber of private flying because from an app of your smartphone you can look at available flights and prices. The app is available now for 44 countries and launches in the U.S. in two weeks. The founders have previously made a marina slip rental app called Marinanow which you can use for 1400 marinas in the Mediterrenean.
Last year there was a 9% increase in the private jet market, specifically in Asia and the Middle East. More people are looking to travel in-style and there is jet that costs over $9k an hour or $52M to buy the plane. The plane boasts living room with leather couches and wool carpet, two bathrooms with a shower, a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, and a small dining room. The plane can hold 19 passengers.
