No matter what a great flight you have, it can be challenging to battle jet lag and feeling groggy during flight and upon arrival. Arriving at the airport well-fed and with nutritious travel snacks on hand will help you to get through your day and take care of your body. Bring trail mix, hummus and pretzels, or veggies and fruits to help keep you energized. Be sure to also drink the right fluids- try to stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or caffeine if you can.
