US Businesses Are Spending More on Travel
A new report released by the Global Business Travel Association has noted that business travelers are spending more on their trips, showing a 7.1 percent year-over-year increase in U.S. originated business travel. The GBTA forecasts that travel spending will increase 6.8 percent for 2014, totaling a worth of $292.3 billion. Whether businesses are chartering corporate jets or spending more on hotels and car rentals, it appears that the industry will continue to grow thanks to business.
