Proven to alleviate burnout and workplace stress, vacations can impact your health in a very positive way. Making time for your needs will allow you to relax and really enjoy the time away. Try to include physical exercise in order to get some activity and feel your best; the same goes for getting enough sleep each night. Meeting new people and socializing will also help you to feel happy and healthy, and will reduce stress.
