Paris Will Be New Home to Nobu's Matsuhisa Restaurant

Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa will be opening his newest restaurant in the Le Royal Monceau-Raffles Hotel, this will be his sixth Matsuhisa in the world. Chef Nobu is best known for his extraordinary Japanese cuisine mixed with a South American influences.

Le Royal Monceau-Raffles will still serve guests in its other restaurant, “Il Carpaccio.”
