Imagining Air Travel Ten Years From Now
The Airline Passenger Experience Association has released its most recent “global survey of passengers,” collecting information from over 1,500 travelers from eight countries. From this survey, APEX was able to understand that passengers are looking for a customizable experience and the ability to be “thoroughly connected and wired.” It is clear that over the course of the next ten years, air travel will become even more tech-savvy, with many automated services, e-agents, data cards, and electronic check-in processes.
