The Future of Luxury Travel

Flight comparison site Skyscanner has published its Future of Travel report, predicting what trends may come about in the industry over the next decade. From the potential for digital interactive hotel services to underwater hotels, Skyscanner expects that the standards for hotel stays will change quite drastically. The report also discusses both local and “extreme” travel, touching on the growth of peer-to-peer collaboration, social travel, and taking trips to more extreme locations. Luxury travel is expected to grow over the next decade, with potential for many advancements that are already in the works.
