Before You Board Your Private Jet Rental

Before You Board Your Private Jet Rental | The Early Air Way's BlogYou may be excited about your private jet rental, which is understandable. The level of luxury and exclusivity is quite tantalizing. To ensure that you get the most out of your experience, there are a few things that you should be cognizant of.

Mind Your Manners

You may have heard or read reports of private jet passengers who have gotten in trouble or even banned from flight due to lewd behaviors. If at any point your actions can endanger the safety of the flight, the pilot or flight attendant may require you to stop such activities. Legally, you are obligated to listen. Though you may have more freedom than passengers on commercial planes, the general rules of the land still apply in the air. Also, you can still be prosecuted for such acts, so it is best to just abide by the rules.

Be Considerate

In a private jet you are in very close quarters with all individuals on the craft. As such, there are a few common courtesies that you may want to consider in your preparation for travel.

  • Keep your scented perfumes and colognes in your bag and dawn them after the flight
  • Drink in moderation
  • If you are sick with a cold or the flu, reconsider your flight
  • Keep a positive mindset and polite conversations

Know Your Limitations

Along with the common regulations of the land, there are a few air regulations that you will also want to be aware of. You cannot bring on too many guests or last minute guests who do not have proper documentation. You cannot bring in or take out prohibited items in restricted areas. Changing your flight plans several times within a given time frame is also forbidden. You will want to contact your charter provider for a full list of restrictions.

Before you board your private jet rental, take time to educate yourself on the things that may or may not be expected of you and your guest. This way you can ensure that you have an enjoyable experience.
