Jet lag is the enemy of the business traveler, and a private jet is supposed to increase efficiency. To better sit back and relax on a private jet charter, researchers have found that flashes of light at night can speed up acclimation to new time zones.

Jet lag is the stubbornness of the body to adjust to a new day-night schedule. Some methods to fight jet lag are melatonin, and light boxes, but a new method has been researched; strobe-lights. Researchers had individuals sleep in front of strobe lights for an hour. The result was a two hour delay in the symptoms of jet lag, and compared to light box therapy the effectiveness of strobe lights was over 300% better.
