Man Builds a Private Jet to Beat Traffic | The Early Air Way

How long is your commute? Do you sit in an endless line of cars going nowhere fast for an hour each way?  Frantisek Hadrava from the Czech Republic was struggling with his excruciating commute of 12-14 minutes, so he built a private airplane to get to work faster. His expectation for the new commute is 7 seven minutes faster, allowing for a detour to respect his neighbors.

Hadrava works in a local factory and parks the plane in a car parking area near the factory. It took him 2 years and $4000 to build the small airplane. Frantisek modelled his plane on the American model of planes called Mini-Max. His plane has an open cockpit and seats only person.
