Summary of Position
The Aircraft Charter Sales Assistant will assist the CEO of one of the country’s most respected private jet brokerage firms with sales, marketing, and dispatch of private jet charter flights. The candidate must be a highly detail oriented, results driven individual who is well read and has a love and knowledge of aviation. The ideal candidate can correspond with individuals in a highly professional manner, as well as empathize with their needs. This position requires a lot of correspondence with prominent individuals and companies. The Aircraft Charter Sales Assistant will contact new client leads, discuss our products, and attempt to solicit new flight requests. The candidate will also assist with flight scheduling and sourcing, flight planning, and will also be responsible for answering the phone.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacting new client leads.
  • Organizing client data.
  • Assisting with aircraft scheduling and sourcing (training provided).
  • Answering the phone, during business hours and after hours on occasion.
  • Assisting with marketing strategies.
  • Administrative assistance to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Must have completed a Bachelors Degree or be presently enrolled in a program.
  • Must be highly computer literate.
  • Must have extremely professional telephone etiquette.
  • Must have an interest in aviation and be willing to learn about business jet travel.
  • Must be willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement to protect proprietary information.
Hourly + commission: 25 hours/week + occasional after-hours work.

Summary of Position
The Aircraft Charter Broker will be responsible for working up trips from start to finish. This will include collecting new flight requests, sourcing aircraft, and closing sales. Our team will support you with trip planning logistics, etc. This position is for individuals with 2+ years of experience in private jet charter sales ONLY. The Early Air Way is easily one of the most respected private jet charter providers amongst the operator community. We’re looking for an ethical, knowledgeable salesperson that will thrive with the great resources we’re able to offer him/her.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contacting new client leads.
  • Sourcing flight options.
  • Traveling to see clients (on occasion).
  • Collecting flight contracts.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in private jet charter sales.
  • Must have a client Rolodex.
  • Must have extremely professional telephone etiquette.
  • Must value safety and ethics above all else.
  • Must be willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement to protect proprietary information.
Part-Time or Full-Time. This is a commission based position meant to extremely benefit industry professions who already have a book of business.
