The Hawker 800 is the newer version of the Hawker 700 and is immediately recognizable by its modernized exterior cockpit windscreen design. Other improvements over the older -700 series include updates to the rear fuselage, wings, avionics, and engines.
The Hawker 800 has become one of the single most successful business jets and is one of the most widely used planes by The Early Air Way's passengers. The Hawker 800 is fast, quiet, spacious, and has cross-country range [in the eastbound direction]. The cabin of the Hawker 800 is configured with 5 captains chairs and a side-facing, non-reclining couch for 3. The Hawker 800, like all midsize jets, boasts a fully enclosed lavatory as well. The main drawback to the Hawker 800 is its baggage compartment, which is rather small. Hawker 800 production commenced in 1983 and they're still built today. The older 800A's were replaced by the enhanced Hawker 800XP in the mid 1990s
