Start Your Flight Search
As part of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) nationwide security initiative, all passengers over the age of 18 will be required to present a REAL ID-compliant form of identification for domestic air travel beginning May 7, 2025.
What is REAL ID?
REAL ID is a federal standard for identification issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). REAL ID-compliant driver’s licenses and identification cards are marked with a star at the top of the card. These enhanced security standards help ensure that only properly verified individuals can access federally regulated air travel.
Who Needs REAL ID?
All passengers 18 years and older traveling on domestic flights within the United States must present a REAL ID-compliant form of identification at the time of check-in and boarding.
Don’t Have a REAL ID Yet?
If you do not yet have a REAL ID-compliant license or ID card, a valid U.S. or foreign passport will be accepted as an alternative for domestic travel. Additional federally accepted documents include:
- U.S. military ID
- DHS Trusted Traveler cards (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI)
- Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
For a complete list of acceptable documents, you can visit the official TSA website at tsa.gov/real-id.

Plan Ahead
REAL ID enforcement begins May 7, 2025. If you are planning travel after this date and intend to use a state-issued ID or driver’s license, please ensure it is REAL ID-compliant. Otherwise, you must present an accepted alternative such as a valid passport.
To make your private jet experience as seamless and stress-free as possible, we encourage all travelers to verify their identification well in advance of their trip.
