Crazy Luxury Real Estate Perks

Crazy Luxury Real Estate Perks | The Early Air Way

It turns out that luxury real estate isn’t moving as much recently. New regulations have hampered the usual all-cash anonymous sales that the wealthy prefer, and so new perks have been introduced to entice more sales.

Vehicles

The penthouse suite at Atelier’s condo building has been floating on and off the market, but for $85 million it comes with two Rolls-Royce Phantoms and a yacht to boot. In Miami the Spec Home by Oren Alexander is a small $43 million for the house and a 1948 Jaguar XK120. For a little extra the same home could include a 55-foot yacht as well.

Restaurants

Residents at 432 Park Avenue in New York will be treated to their own luxury restaurant. The place takes up an entire floor and is only open to those who live in the building. It’s chef has won a Michelin star for his work at the restaurant Juni.

Candy Walls

Imagine buying a house and finding $200,000 worth of candy in the walls. Persson’s mansion came well stocked with candy dispensers and counters fully displayed against an entire wall.

Luxury Suite of the Sea

No expense was spared when Norwegian Cruise Line designed the Regent SUite aboard the Regent Seven Seas Explorer. The suite costs $10,000 a night to book, and just the bed itself is valued at $150,000.

The suite has a personal spa, sauna, heated lounge chairs, and Steinway piano. As for space the suite is 50% larger than the average house in America.

Like Regent’s last two new ships, Explorer is an all-suite vessel. Only a handful of luxury lines, including Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and Silversea Cruises, offer all-suite vessels.

Explorer is designed to carry 750 passengers. It’s Regent’s first new ship in more than a decade. With its addition, the line has four vessels.

Luxury Hotel Health Trends

Hotels are flooding into the wellness trends in hopes of offering the next best amenities. The flurry of news behind hotels planning, opening, and redesigning their wellness offerings spread the spectrum from fitness, sleep, and even some quirky processes.

Cryotherapy

Stepping into a machine with as little clothing as possible and being blasted with air chilled below -200°F might not seem like an enjoyable experience, but guests are paying big money for the experience. Cryotherapy is said to combat the painful effects of tough workouts and aging, and some hotels have been adding appointments within their spas for igloo treatments and ice baths.

IV Recovery

Intravenous needles and fluid bags are the visions of nightmares to quite a few people. Many would opt to drink more water or swallow supplements to get what their bodies need, but the Underground Spa in Las Vegas is offering to hook you up, to an IV while you relax, to recover from your parties faster.

Salt Therapy

Halotherapy is recommended to provide a positive effect on the immune, nervous, and lymphatic systems. The therapy surrounds the guest in salt, usually a room filled with Himalayan salts, where salt infuses the air. Some locations even have mineral pools chock-full of salt from the Dead Sea to better penetrate the body with the restorative properties.

Airlines Teaching Car Rentals

Airlines in America have dwindled from eight national corporations through mergers and takeovers into the four we have today, and nearby car rental companies have caught on to their schemes. The major three car rental companies are following the airlines towards the goal of charging the most possible for their services.

In transportation optimizing fleet size and location is the highest priority. Making sure just enough inventory, cars or planes in this instance, is used to meet the demands of consumers can make or break the company. The big three car renters, Avis, Hertz, and Enterprise, have kept the brands of their acquired competition to retain those brand loyal customers and market niches.

Word-Class Destinations for Family Summer Vacation Fun

No one needs to be reminded of how precious the fleeting moments of family vacations are. Those characteristically sultry days that just seem to whiz by year after year are critical to promoting healthy family culture. Subsequently, vacation planners everywhere take their best shots each summer to make the time with their families as memorable and impactful as possible. Here are some ideas for mapping out unforgettable vacation activities that could very easily become annual family traditions.

Breathtaking Outdoor Adventures
Aspen, Colorado will always be known for its first-class ski resorts, but the surrounding natural environment also lends itself to some great summertime fun. Since it is normally a good idea to survey a region’s landscape before exploring it in-depth, Aspen visitors have the option of taking off on one of the city’s spectacular hot air balloon rides. A typical tour of the stunning mountainous region begins at dawn and ends with a congratulatory champagne or sparkling cider brunch where participants receive official flight certificates as souvenirs. From above, tour guides can point out the best trails and scenic areas for days of biking, horseback riding and kayaking.

Yellowstone National Park is home to numerous species of mammals, amphibians, reptiles and birds. Park visits are ideal for families with children of all ages who are curious about the natural environment and its inhabitants. Besides the self-guided park activities, children can participate in special initiatives that are led by park rangers like the ranger adventure hikes, young scientist program and junior ranger program. All park events promote critical thinking skills, problem solving abilities and a respect for the environment.

Journeys in Experiential Learning
It’s generally true that many Parisians forsake the City of Light during the summer in favor of cooler climes near France’s Mediterranean coast. The warm-weather months offer Paris visitors rare windows of opportunity to explore the city’s famed design district without being crushed by crowds. Budding fashion and interior designers happily find that tours of textile boutiques can lead them all over the fascinating city. Families that want to get the most out of their haute-couture adventures book tours with knowledgeable guides (1) who are often design students at the local universities.

Everybody benefits from a household of skilled cooks, and families that choose to vacation in the lovely Riviera Maya region can imbibe in the area’s fresh produce while learning to make authentic Mexican cuisine. After playing and relaxing at one of the district’s famed beach resorts, many visitors report to the International Kitchen’s Riviera Maya cooking school campus (2) for four days of culinary cultural immersion into Mexico’s past and present.

Lend a Helping Hand
Taking a volunteer vacation is one way for families to reinforce their values relating to citizenship, social responsibility, environmental stewardship and compassion. Volunteers to Kilimanjaro in Tanzania (3) can personally interact with children orphaned by the AIDS epidemic. Those who choose assignments in Cartago, Costa Rica (4) can bring joy to the city’s often-marginalized elderly population through lunch visitation programs. Both of these regions offer first-class tourism activities in addition to opportunities to make a difference in the lives of the people who live in those areas.

Conclusion
Modes of modern travel put the world at the fingertips of adventurous vacationers. Families that strive to produce members who are imaginative and inquisitive thinkers have nearly limitless vacation possibilities.
