Airports Council International (ACI) has completed and released the results of their 2014 Airport Service Quality Awards, ranking international commercial airports in regards to their customer service. ACI surveyed over 550,000 passengers in 1,861 airports regarding their satisfaction in regards to airport access, security, facilities, check-in, retail, and food & beverage options. Here are the results of the best airports by region, according to the awards from ACI:
Africa: SSR International Airport, Mauritius
Asia-Pacific: Incheon International Airport, Seoul, South Korea
Europe: Keflavik International Airport, Iceland
Latin America-Caribbean: Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport,Guayaquil, Ecuador
Middle East: Queen Alia International Airport, Amman, Jordan
North America: Indianapolis International Airport, Indiana, United States
