Some of the Most Secluded Vacation Destinations in the World

Some of the Most Secluded Vacation Destinations in the World | The Early Air Way's BlogThe world is getting to be a smaller and smaller place. Many vacation destinations are dominated by crowds of tourists or simply have become a tourist trap. There are still, however, a select few number of destinations that have avoided this fate because of the difficulty associated with flying there. By chartering a private jet or plane, you can easily visit one of these locations, where you will be able to enjoy sights and activities that very few people have experienced.

Kiribati

Kiribati is a series of 33 small islands in the Pacific Ocean. Only two regular flights go to Kiribati each week, so scheduling your own private flight is essential. It is perfect if you are looking for a tropical paradise, but want to avoid tourists or crowds. Most of the islands remain completely untouched and pristine. In fact, the entire nation’s population sits just above 100,000. The ocean life has given it a reputation for incredible scuba diving opportunities and delicious seafood. The main island is Tarawa, and features many high quality amenities, including luxury hotels. This is also where the biggest city is located.

The Kingdom of Bhutan

A small, mountainous country in the Himalayas, Bhutan only has one airport. It is one of the most difficult air strips to land and take off from, so very few flights frequent it. If looking to see what Bhutan has to offer, you will need to recruit a specialist to ensure a safe flight. There is an ancient Buddhist temple that very few people have seen, and activities include hiking or even golfing on one of the most highly elevated golf courses in the world. The Kingdom of Bhutan is one of the most secluded location and a very sought after vacation destination.

This is just a very short list of possible destinations that take advantage of seclusion to provide a tourist-free vacation. If you want to visit any of these locations for your summer getaway, begin by looking into private jets.

Helpful Tips to Reduce Stress When Traveling During the Holidays

The holidays are among the most popular travel times of the year, and you may have plans to travel during the upcoming holiday season. Perhaps you are using downtime at work during the holiday season to take a much-needed winter vacation, or you may have plans to visit family and friends who live far from your home. If you are planning to travel during the holidays, consider putting these great tips to use.

Make Your Plans Early
When possible, book your travel plans as early as possible. This includes everything airlines tickets to hotel rooms and a rental car. These are all available in limited supply, and there is high demand for them during the holiday travel season. To ensure that you have access to the best options available, making plans ahead of time is important to do.

Avoid Multiple Layovers
When you are traveling by air, it is wise to avoid scheduling multiple layovers. Between the high volume and the winter weather conditions, delays and cancellations are possible. If you need to schedule a layover, consider choosing a location in a less busy airport and in a warmer climate. It is impossible to predict what may happen on the day you travel, but you may have less likelihood for a cancellation or delay when you follow this tip. Keep in mind that the more layovers you plan for, the more likely you will be to deal with a flight delay.

Consider a Chartered Jet
Whether you have decided to make plans at the last minute or you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of busy airports altogether, choosing a charter jet option may be a better idea. With a charter jet, you can plan a direct flight at a time that is more convenient for you. These flights often depart from smaller or executive airports rather than the major airports in the area.

You may be making last-minute travel plans, or perhaps you are making plans weeks ahead of time. These plans can help you during the busy holiday season as well as throughout the year when planning other trips.

Last Minute Holiday Travel Tips

We are about to enter one of the busiest weeks of travel we’ve seen in years. According to AAA, 100 million people will be traveling around the U.S. between December 23rd and January 3rd. Here are a few extra tips to be prepared while travelling.

  1. Pack smart especially when bringing presents in your checked suitcase. You can have wrapped presents but this will not stop TSA from opening them if they seem suspicious. Bring gift bags instead of wrapping before you leave.
  2. Arrive to the airport early to factor in extended lines. 90-120 minutes before your flight will probably get you in the safe zone of being on time and not leaving you stranded in an airport on Christmas.
  3. Whether you are flying or driving be sure to watch the weather which can be unpredictable this time of year especially on the East Coast.
  4. This time of year there are bound to be delays from weather and the influx of travellers. Be sure to bring back up power for your devices to stay entertained.
  5. Take a breathe. Everybody is in the same hustle-and-bustle mindest trying to get to their destinations. If you feel the frustration coming, stretch or meditate for a few minutes to calm down.

Finding a Reliable Private Jet Charter in Los Angeles

If you’re looking for a private jet charter in Los Angeles, California, then there are numerous options you can explore. Many companies in the city offer private jet charter service. If you’d like to rent out a clean, spacious, comfortable and safe jet that can take you to your desired destination with ease and convenience, you should carefully investigate all of the choices that are available to you. First and foremost, you should make sure that the jet charter companies you explore travel to your specific desired destination or destinations, whether New York City, Vancouver, Houston, Washington D.C. or anywhere else. If you’re looking for a jet charter company that can take you abroad, you should be sure to look into your choices there, as well. While some companies specialize exclusively in domestic trips, others regularly travel to many international destinations.

If you want to have a satisfying and smooth jet charter rental experience, you should make sure you know exactly what you want before making arrangements with any company. A jet charter company representative may ask you some very specific questions regarding your travel requirements and preferences. He or she may inquire about your necessary aircraft size and your favored aircraft speed. It may even help for you to tell the company representative the general age of your ideal jet. The more information you provide, the easier it should be for the agency to find an appropriate jet for you to rent.

For optimal convenience, you should look for a company that offers round-the-clock support seven days a week. Many businesses that specialize in jet charters do, and you can call them at any hour to receive pricing details. If you’re patient and take your time, renting a private jet in Los Angeles should be a relatively smooth, simple and straightforward task. Aircraft companies cater to travelers with all kinds of budgets while providing the perfect combination of practicality and luxury.
