Spain Hits Early Tourism Records for 2015 | The Early Air Way's BlogSpain’s state tourism office is reporting record-setting figures for the first seven months of this year, following 2014’s already record setting numbers. From January to July, Spain welcomed 38 million tourists, potentially attributed to the weak euro and security issues in other parts of the world. These numbers are up 4.7% over the same period in 2014, proving that this year’s expectations for tourism are likely to break all records set last year. Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy explained that the country expects to welcome 68 million tourists by the end of the year.
