The Airbus A300-600ST is in for an upgrade- a big one. Commonly known as the Beluga, the Airbus transporter jet is already a super-sized plan and is often compared to the large white whale. The newest Belugas will be based on the A330 model and should be even bigger than the existing fleet, while maintaining the same sleek body shape as previous models. The first of this new fleet will begin production now and enter service in the year 2020.
